Sure you can. You have one week to inform us about the change you want to make.
We will exchange the product free of charge, you’ll only pay for the shipping charges.
If the product you want is more expensive, you’ll have to pay the difference and, likewise, if the new product has a lower cost we will refund the difference as soon as we have received the product.
The customer is entitled to a refund of the full price on any faulty product or any delivered product that doesn’t match the order.
In any of these instances the return to MODERNIST HERITAGE S.L. of the products will have to be done by the customer via the same way stated in the section “right of withdrawal”. The customer won’t have to pay for any returning charges.
Provided that the costumer has followed the established procedure/process and complied with the requirements under General Conditions, MODERNIST HERITAGE S.L. will refund the cost of any faulty product or any delivered product that doesn’t match the order.
If the product were to present any visible sign of damage in the packaging/wrapping or of fracture it is of great importance for the customer not to sign the delivery note presented by the delivery person and automatically return the product. Not doing so would result in MODERNIST HERITAGE S.L. not taking responsibility for the return.
The customer will have a maximum of14 business days, starting from the delivery date/day of delivery, to totally or partially withdraw from the purchase of the product in accordance with the applicable legislation.
Once the period of 14 business days has expired, MODERNIST HERITAGE S.L. won’t accept returns due to withdrawal from the purchase of products. The customer won’t have the right to withdraw in cases established in the regulations when applicable.
If the customer were to withdraw from the purchase of a product the following requirements must be met.
Only products of standard size can be returned. No personalised/customised products will be eligible for return unless they present a manufacturing defect or Hidraulik has shipped the wrong design or size/dimensions.
The product must be returned in same condition in which it was delivered and include instructions, documentation, accessories and as far as possible, the original packaging/wrapping and labeling.
When returning a product, the same box/package/parcel/packet or envelope used for its delivery should be used or in its defect a similar format/means that ensures/guarantees the return of the product in optimal state.
A copy of the invoice and the delivery/dispatch note must be enclosed in the box/package/packet, marking the returned products and the reason for it.
Inform MODERNIST HERITAGE S.L. of the start of the returns process via email on firstname.lastname@example.org
If the cause for the return is not attributable to MODERNIST HERITAGE S.L., the customer will pay for the shipping costs. Once the customer has finished the return process, MODERNIST HERITAGE S.L. will schedule the product collection and subsequently inform the customer via email of its time, date and cost.
MODERNIST HERITAGE S.L. doesn’t take responsibility for any costs or expenses the customer incurs for returns when the established process isn’t followed.
